- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My Mother's experience was not very good in my eyes. Her room was dirty from the time she got there. She (My Mother) said they finally swept the floor the day I took her home. I believe staff members need to be retrained. Read policies regarding protocols, from the beginning. One evening they brought her dinner tray with only 1 little chicken leg with a small ceaser salad and a half an orange. My 4 yr old grand daughter eats more than that. My mother asked for a grilled cheese sandwich and they did not bring it til the next morning. This is very unexceptable. My Mother was only there for 5 days because the Humana rep said did did not need rehab. After being in the hospital for CHF. Needless to say I would never let Oceanview care for anyone in my family again. Not even a hated in-law.July 08, 2017by Linda L Geraci
