My brother's girlfriend just got insurance through these ppl and they love to ignore their PAYING CUSTOMERS! tried calling from 9am to 1pm October 5, 2011...1st there was no answer, and now its busy ALLDAY! its like they just took the phone off the hook!!!!!!!!!!!!!wasting all my time trying to get ahold of them just to ask a ? I live in Edgewater and now i have to waste my gas so i can confront them . Sorry that its monday but in a bad economy you should want any business you can get. You should also answer the phone like you want to be alive! C'mon you just wanted to get of the phone...didnt feel like quoting me bc your lazy...and have high rates. As soon a i said I was shopping for the best rate you hung up!
