  I took my daughter to Dr. Metchick as a new patient. I was looking for someone that would be kind and attentive to my daughter and her health needs now that she is a young adult. I knew Dr. Metchick had a good reputation but never thought I would have experienced just how fantastic she truly is! Dr. Metchick was very attentive. She answered every question my daughter had and very thoughtfully! Her knowledge and explanation were easily communicated. She took her time and made us both feel as if we were the only people she was seeing that day. I and my daughter are extremely thrilled and grateful that we have Dr. Metchick as our OBGYN! Thank you!!

  The doctor was fine, but the office staff is terribly unhelpful. I was told to seek a specialist without even speaking with the doctor or getting a follow up or any detailed information. I was informed I owed a balance on my account months after I had already paid it and had to find my receipt to prove this to them. Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional medical office before. I regret ever wasting my time trying to get help here. My cousin had a bad experience here and I wish I had taken her advice and avoided the aggravation.
